How we use it

Payments and service providers

Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. We share only necessary information with providers that help us operate the store, including payment processors, production partners, hosting and email services, and delivery carriers. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and are required to use it only for their contracted service and applicable legal duties.

Pet photos and custom files

We use submitted pet photos only to communicate about the order, prepare the requested design and produce the approved product. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG and HEIC, up to 10 MB per file. We provide a proof before production and include up to two free revision rounds. Custom files are deleted within 30 days after the order is completed, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Cookies and store functions

Essential cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout, security and saved preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, are subject to the consent choices required in your region. You can also manage cookies through your browser.

Retention and security
